Paul was born and raised in South Carolina, where he attended college at The Citadel and law school at Duke University School of Law.  He has devoted more than 30 years of his life to perfecting the practice of Social Security Disability law. He has been honored to have been invited to present seminars at the state and national levels on the most effective techniques for winning Social Security disability claims, and has been blessed by being surrounded, at our firm, with a wonderful group who share his devotion.
