On top of what you already deal with, trying to get your disability benefits written, filed, and approved without legal help can seem like a perplexing maze with no easy solution. Let Us Help

We Help You Win Your Charlotte Social Security Disability Case By:

  • Comprehensively analyzing your medical history and case
  • Collecting your medical records and tests such as MRIs, X-rays, and EMGs that show the impact of your disability on your everyday life
  • Gathering written opinions from doctors and other key sources for the SSD judge to review
  • Looking for possible legal errors that a judge may have made, if your case was denied at the hearing level
  • Accurately completing the paperwork and meeting all deadlines
  • Appealing your denied Social Security case to the Appeals Council level or Federal District Court level, if needed
  • Filing an additional disability claim if needed

How We Successfully File Your SSD Claim

Our Social Security disability attorneys at McChesney & Ours will help you file your disability claim so that you have the best chance of success. Since many cases are denied on the first attempt, we also write up your case specifically so that it is more likely to be reversed if an appeal is necessary. With good legal representation, your case can be easily appealed with well-documented proof – and SSD judges know that. Our lawyers will provide the necessary proof and be your advocates at every stage of your disability claim.

For the best possible outcome in your Social Security disability claim, give us a call to discuss your case before filing. Losing your case because of a technicality or because you didn’t file the paperwork correctly delays the process and adds financial and emotional burdens to your life. You can, however, start the process on your own by filing a claim at the Social Security Administration office at 2201 Coronation Boulevard in Suite 100.
