HUSBAND WORKED FOR RAILROAD FOR OVER 30 YEARS!! I WAS TOLD WHEN I REACHED THE AGE OF 60 I COULD DRAW FROM HIS RETIREMENT. HE PAID IN $500.000 IN RETIREMENT. THEY TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A TIER 2, WHICH EVEN IF I WAS REMARRIED , THAT ICOULD STILL DRAW. BUT NOW THE RETIREMENT BOARD SAYS NO, BECAUSE I AM REMARRIED??? WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME!!!
